3. Production & Delivery Timeline

• Custom jersey production typically takes 5–8 weeks from the team store closing date.
• Orders are submitted to the manufacturer only after the team store closes. Production and delivery timelines begin from that date, not from the date an individual order was placed.
• Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs agencies, or other unforeseen events.
• In some cases, production may require additional time. If this occurs, customers will be notified as soon as possible with an updated estimated completion date and the reason for the delay.
