Terms & Conditions for Custom Jersey Orders

Welcome to COLLECTIVUM SPORTS. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order for custom jerseys. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Customization & Design Approval

All custom jersey orders are made specifically to the customer’s request.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details such as names, numbers, logos, fonts, and colors.
A digital mock-up (if provided) must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

2. Sizing & Fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the sizing chart provided on our website.
Please note that sizing charts refer to garment measurements, not body measurements.
Because jerseys are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or personal fit preference.
A size allowance of 1–3 cm is considered normal in garment production and will not be treated as a defect.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

Custom jersey production typically takes 5–8 weeks from the date of your store close date.
Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers and external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or unforeseen events.
In some cases, we may require a few additional weeks for production. If this occurs, customers will be informed in advance along with the reason for the delay.
Orders will be submitted to the manufacturer after the team store closes. Production and delivery timelines will begin from that date, not from the date the order was placed.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of custom jerseys, all sales are final.
Replacements will only be issued if:
- The product is delivered with a manufacturing defect (e.g., poor stitching, misprint, incorrect name/number).
- The product delivered does not match the approved design mock-up.
Issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery, with clear photos of the item. Any disputes beyond 15 days will be considered void.
No refunds will be issued once an item has been delivered. Only replacements will be offered.

5. Colors & Printing Disclaimer

Due to variations in screen displays and printing processes, actual product colors may differ slightly from digital previews.
Minor variations in print placement and scale are considered normal for custom-made items.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, names, or designs, the customer confirms they have the rights to use them.
We reserve the right to refuse any designs that may infringe on intellectual property or contain offensive content.

7. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in United States Dollars and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will not enter production until full payment is received.
MSportswear Orders: A minimum of 5 items is required. Orders under 5 items will incur an additional 20% surcharge.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective items as outlined above.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed deadlines, event cancellations, or dissatisfaction due to incorrect size choice.
